Location next to the safe sandy beaches of the East coast resorts of Skegness and Mablethorpe as well as the Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre. Amazing food in the attached restaurant in the vicinity.  

Its location is handy, very close to Cadwell park. The breakfast is large.

The location turned out to be handy and nice, not far from the surrounding areas of Lincolnshire, Skegness and Mablethorpe and the safe sandy beaches of the East coast resorts of Skegness and Mablethorpe. The employees 

Make sure you stay in the double room with crockery & cutlery, the kettle, for instance. Reasonable and plentiful breakfast with a fabulous food is available.

Quirky and fairly clean great budget hotel. Well furnished units with crockery & cutlery and separate toilet plus double bed, excellent employees. Great value breakfast and on time.

The room was perfectly clean and en suite, bed exceptionally comfortable. I appreciated the breakfast food available in the restaurant. The location was marvellous and unbeatable, about 5-minute walk into town.  

We were in a comfortable location approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Buttercross. Great value for money breakfasts and the food was outstanding.
